The World Health Organization (WHO) is a global organization on which we conducted research. It was founded on April 7th, 1948, to manage health-related issues within the framework of the United Nations. The WHO has 194 members as of January 2021, and Viet Nam has been a member since May 17, 1950. The highest degree of health is what WHO wants to see for everyone.
The organization provided assistance in 2020 in suppressing the global coronavirus (covid-19) outbreak. One of the first UN organizations to directly support the Vietnamese health sector after the war’s end and the nation’s unification was WHO in Viet Nam. The goal of WHO in Vietnam is to assist the government in achieving universal health coverage, where everyone has access to high-quality healthcare, while taking into account the demands and difficulties of the country’s transition to middle-income status. These are all of our conclusions regarding WHO, a global organization.

1. Do you want to work for a large company?
Oh, yes, I did. Like my colleagues, I yearned to work for a major global firm as a recent graduate. Actually, I didn’t know why at the time. Everyone had the same wish, and I included. Perhaps as a result of their fame and glitz, you know. Being a member of a sizable company that is well-known worldwide must be amazing. Now that they offer a welcoming, flexible, and open work environment, small and medium-sized businesses are what I would want.

I’ll see. In Vietnam, there are numerous businesses with thousands of employees, including VNPT, Viettel, Vingroup, and FPT. 3. Why do young people want to work for a large company?
As I’ve already indicated, the most obvious explanation is that people can be proud of the stature and renown of such organizations. Large corporations offer their employees a sense of security and structure because they have been around for a while. When a person joins a well-established company, they can immediately visualize their corporate career ladder.
Additionally, large businesses frequently have an abundance of resources to spend on their employees. They frequently provide more alluring benefit packages, including retirement plans and health insurance.

4. What are the differences between small and large companies?
Large organizations can operate slowly, rigidly, and with burdensome procedures, but they appear more stable and have more financial resources, in my opinion. On the other hand, small and medium-sized businesses are typically more adaptable and agile. They are able to complete tasks faster and even more effectively. However, their tight budgets prevent companies from spending a lot on costly marketing efforts or staff training. When it comes to attracting and keeping talent, this is unquestionably a significant disadvantage.
- Rigidly (adv): cứng nhắc
- Burdensome procedures (n): thủ tục rườm rà
- Agile (adj): nhanh nhẹn
- Tight budgets (n): ngân sách eo hẹp

The first undeniable benefit is that their name is recognized as a warranty of superior quality, allowing buyers to shop with confidence.
