Question 1: Do you like snacks?
Answer 1: Actually, not really. I frequently eat something that is healthy and, more importantly, fits perfectly into my diet.

Answer 1: I believe everything is influenced by what you consume. Hence, I believe it is okay if someone eats fruits between meals. Also, some people enjoy eating smaller meals more frequently than larger ones and avoid taking full meals. So, the solution in certain cases is to consume a healthy snack.

Answer 1: Absolutely not. I believe most of them are, but you can also snack on fruit or juice, which I think is the best way to maintain good health.
