1. Do you often wear makeup?

Well, it really depends on situations. If I have to go to work or hit the bar, I always put on makeup maybe some lipstick because it helps me to be more confident. However, when I stay at home and lounge about, I rarely wear any make up

2. What does wearing makeup mean to you?

I work in a professional environment where I have to meet people from all walks of life. Therefore, using cosmetics is an integral part of my life and I think it’s kind of the norm for many people. If I forget to wear any beauty products, I will definitely feel a little bit sloppy.

3. Do you give makeup as a gift?

To be honest, I have never bought any make up as a present before. You know, cosmetics can be prohibitively expensive and you may not know the right shade of make-up that other people prefer. So, unless my loved ones ask me to buy it for them, I would certainly choose other options which are a bit mainstream.

4. What do you think when you see a man wearing makeup?

I think wearing make-up is acceptable for men these days. Everyone has the right to make themselves look good. Actually, it is all the rage right now in Vietnam because you know, Vietnamese youngsters tend to imitate Korean artists who wear cosmetics all the time. Any beauty products endorsed by Korean celebrities are sold like hot cakes.

2. Các cấu trúc hay

• It depends on + N: điều này phụ thuộc vào người, tình huống, sự vật…
• S + be + an integral part of my life: điều gì đó đóng vai trò không thể thiếu trong cuộc sống của tôi
• I have never + V(3) + before: tôi chưa từng làm điều này trước đây
• S + be acceptable + for + SO: điều gì đó được chấp nhận cho ai đó
• Everyone has the right to + V(inf): mọi người đều có quyền làm gì đó
• S + be + sold like hot cakes: cái gì đó được bán đắt như tôm tươi
